Beginners and improvers lessons The club offers courses for new and improving swimmers starting from £40 per term. On Mondays Levels 1-2 use the small pool at Kingsmead from 6.30 to 7p.m. and levels 3-4 from 7 to 7.30. Courses for levels 5-7 run on Mondays and Fridays, and there is a session covering starts and turns on Sunday morning from 7 to 8.
