August training times

Training times are reduced during the peak holiday period. In particular there is no club training 1st-7th August. Other changes listed here.

Club training week

Following the successful warm weather training at Alanya, Turkey this year we plan to return to the same venue during the Easter break in 2011. Details here and on the Kingsmead noticeboard. See the blog from this year's trip at http://marlins-canterbury.blogspot.com.

Beginners' lessons

The club is now enrolling for learner and improver lessons for children from September.

Courses start from £40 per term. Details from Sarah Humber-Kelly at the pool on Monday evenings at 7p.m. or email ccsc.membership@gmail.com.

On Mondays Levels 1-2 use the small pool at Kingsmead from 6.30 to 7p.m. and levels 3-4 from 7 to 7.30. Courses for levels 5-7 run on Mondays and Fridays, and there is a session covering starts and turns on Sunday morning from 7 to 8.

Our club always needs volunteers, officials & committee members - just speak to any member of the current committee if you think you can help in any way, even just occasionally.
